Taiwan-Japan Technical Exchanges to Enhance International Connections for High-end Smart manufacturing Supply Chain

Together with the Industrial Technology Research Institute, the Taiwanese Smart Machinery Promotion Office, the Yamaguchi Industrial Promotion Foundation, the Yamaguchi Prefectural Industrial Technology Institute organized the "Taiwan-Japan Smart Manufacturing Supply Chain Matchmaking" on February 23, 2024. The matchmaking event was co-organized by the Taiwan Electronic Equipment Industry Association (TEEIA), and the Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs (IDA) and Yamaguchi Prefecture acted as advisory unit.

To deepen industrial exchanges, this forum witnessed four organizations from Taiwan and Japan sign two Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the event. With their MoU signing, it is expected that the four parties will become strategic partners in the future to expand the international semiconductor equipment and intelligent machinery market by complementing each other's technological strengths and through practical exchanges and co-operation.
