Contact is a series of exposure machines, mainly divided into 4 major models. Each model adopts modular design, can be arbitrarily matched with different exposure light source combinations, and is suitable for wafers or substrates of various sizes. The 4 major categories are as follows: 1. SLC: Simple mechanical desktop exposure system, suitable for: academic research, teaching units, basic research. 2. Manual exposure machine: Manual floor-standing exposure system, suitable for: general corporate research and development units, academic teaching units. 3. Semi-automatic exposure machine: Semi-automatic floor-standing exposure system, suitable for use by various units in the corporate world, and can also be directly put into production. 4. Fully automatic exposure machine: Fully automatic floor-standing exposure system, suitable for: production lines in the corporate world.
